Welcome Our Four Newest Brother Knights Exemplified April 7, 2026

Jim Oswald

Jim moved to Hot Springs Village in 2012 with his wife, Lois, who passed away in November 2025 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

Jim is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Civil Engineering. His career included 15 years with U.S. Steel’s railroad network, followed by 24 years as a Project Manager with Northland Constructors in Duluth, Minnesota. He retired in 2012 and relocated to Hot Springs Village, Arkansas.

Keith Demele

Keith Demele, 37, recently moved to Hot Springs Village from the Dallas area. He is currently seeking opportunities in the technical side of the energy industry. Keith looks forward to being an active Knight and serving others in the community.Bob and Diane Harper came to us from Houston. He worked in the insurance industry.

Scott Alleman

James “Scott” Alleman works remotely from home as an electrical designer in the engineering field with Worley Engineering on an as-needed basis. He and his wife, Lisa, moved to Hot Springs Village in 2020 from Gonzales, Louisiana. Scott serves at Mass as both an usher and a sacristan and looks forward to continued service.

Tom Cahill

Tom Cahill is a retired public school athletic director. He and his wife, Jeanie, moved to Hot Springs Village from Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Tom looks forward to being an active member of the council and serving the community.
